The City of Naples has long been considered the jewel of Southwest Florida, with its lush landscapes, stunning architecture and vibrant cultural scene. But its standing as a leading destination to live and play is at risk.

In recent years, Naples City Council has significantly limited what property owners can do on their own property. These actions have a long-term impact on our city and threaten to decimate property values.

Naples  City Council continues advance priorities that will negatively impact properties, such as changing rules related to residential lot coverage and setbacks, and more restrictive land use regulations. If implemented, these changes will dramatically limit what you can build on your property, lead to a sharp decrease in property values and, ultimately, devastate the City of Naples tax base.

Naples Property Rights Coalition is committed to protecting private property rights, preserving property values and ensuring economic prosperity in the City of Naples. Comprised of property owners, business and community leaders, members of the coalition advocate at Naples City Hall for policies that protect the rights of private property owners and safeguard our property values for years to come.
